ISUZU 5.5-Meter Refrigerated Truck

Chassis Configuration:

Isuzu single-cab wide-body cab, equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TCG61 engine (Euro VI emissions, 190 horsepower), Isuzu MLD six-speed transmission, air conditioning, power steering, 4-ton front axle, 7-ton rear axle, ABS, air brakes, tiltable cab, and standard 235/75R17.5 tires.

Body Configuration:

Overall vehicle dimensions: 7620*2550*3460（mm）
Body dimensions: 5500*2300*2200（mm）
(1) Manufacturing process: The body is manufactured using a vacuum adsorption and hydraulic adsorption integrated molding production line, with sandwich composite bonding, and the insulation performance meets the national A-level standard.
(2) Body panel material: The inner and outer wall panels are made of high-quality domestic fiberglass (non-light absorbing, good heat insulation, high hardness, and oxidation resistance); the middle insulation layer is a high-performance insulation board, and the body thickness is 8CM. The floor uses fiberglass patterned plates, and the door edges use labyrinth-type rubber sealing strips.
(3) Body accessories: Aluminum alloy edging around the body, stainless steel corner protectors, stainless steel door locks and hinges, stainless steel door frame and hinges, and energy-saving LED lighting inside the body.

Refrigeration System Configuration:

The refrigerated truck can reach a cooling temperature of -18°C (adjustable in real-time from the driver’s cab). Based on user needs, various brands of high-efficiency vehicle-specific refrigeration units are available:
Domestic refrigeration units: Kaixue, Huatai, Hanxue, Kaili, Bingyang, Bingsen, Hanaya, Songhan, Kaileng, Yide, etc.;
Imported refrigeration units: Thermo King (USA), Carrier (USA), Denso (Japan), Hanaya (Korea), Aitec, etc.;

Optional Configurations:

1.  Removable rail meat hook refrigerated truck: Allows for hanging transportation of carcass meat. The removable rails mainly address the issue of overweight registration for meat hook refrigerated trucks;
2. Vaccine refrigerated truck: According to national GSP certification requirements, it needs to be equipped with five-sided ventilation grooves, a temperature and humidity recorder with a printing device, a positioning system, a dual-temperature unit, etc.;
3. Live fish refrigerated truck: Equipped with a water tank, top spraying system, and oxygenation system, mainly used for the transportation of aquatic products and seafood;
4. Bottom ventilation grooves: Increase the circulation of cold air inside the compartment, achieving rapid cooling;
5. Backup power system: When the vehicle engine stops working, the refrigeration unit can operate using an external power source;
