ISUZU Giga 18-Cubic-Meter Compressed Garbage Truck

Compressed Garbage Truck Upper Structure Configuration:

1. Reinforced box body made of Q345 manganese steel high-strength plate, 5mm thick sides and 6mm thick bottom. The top, bottom, and compactor of the box body are made of thickened steel plates, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life, with a three-layer paint finish.
2. Centralized electronic control system in the cab and on the vehicle body, using the same CAN bus control system as Zoomlion. Loading cycle time <125s; garbage discharge time <405s; flip frame rotation angle >55°, bidirectional creeping compression with a compression ratio of 1:5.
3.  Domestic well-known brand hydraulic system (Anhui Zihuan hydraulic pump, Shanghai Qiangtian valve, Hengli customized cylinder, Zhejiang Jiashan power take-off), all models are equipped with a compaction valve (back pressure valve).
4. New type of scraper plate connecting shaft, made of high-manganese wear-resistant steel material, durable and prevents shaft breakage. The feeding hopper is heightened and enlarged, preventing garbage from falling to the ground. Upgraded bin lifting mechanism, round teeth do not damage the bin rim, and buffer pads prevent damage to the bins. Can simultaneously handle 120L and 240L bins.
5. Equipped with night lighting device, double sewage tanks, sewage tank drain ball valve and cleaning port, increased drain pipe to prevent sewage overflow, humanized design, high-position marker lights/side lights/working lights on the vehicle body.
6. Standard configuration with dual pumps and dual valves.
